Euro 5000 is the price for 1 week of rental of the entire property, Saturday to Saturday. Check-out is at 10am. Check-in is anytime from 4pm, but you may leave your bags with us earlier if you wish. Payment terms are 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking, and 70% within 14 days before arrival. A security deposit of Euro 400 shall be collected in cash upon arrival.
The weekly rate of Euro 5000 is all-inclusive and includes all taxes, internet, gas, electricity, and heating. The rate is fixed throughout the year. Bed linens and bath towels and pool towels are provided weekly. The property has beds for 16 guests, but if you wish to use the 2 sofa beds we will provide additional linens and towels at no additional charge.
Pets are welcome, but please clean up after them. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and ashtrays are provided. An additional large bed can be made available upon request; please contact the owner as needed. If you prefer a booking that is not Saturday to Saturday, please contact the owner to discuss.
